From Roots to Entrepreneurial Leap
Real estate has always been a part of my life. My father has been a general contractor and real estate broker for over 40 years, so I grew up surrounded by construction sites, contracts, and conversations about homes and property values. It was only natural that I found myself drawn to the industry too. I spent a little over 3 years working at a title company before taking the leap to open Title Junction. Those few years gave me a front-row seat to how deeply real estate closings impact people’s lives—and inspired me to create a title company that put the human side of transactions first.
Two Decades of Community and Connection
Running a local Southwest Florida real estate title company for 20 years has meant more than closing deals—it’s been about relationships. I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of families purchase their first homes, assisting seasoned investors, and supporting real estate professionals in navigating complex transactions. Each closing is a story: the excitement of a family moving in, the relief of a smooth transaction, the smiles of clients knowing their title services were handled with care.
Because I’ve lived in Lee County since 1975, I know its neighborhoods, people, and histories. I’ve watched Fort Myers and Cape Coral grow, seen new communities emerge, and been part of the evolving Southwest Florida real estate market.
